Our Shipping Policy
Our warehouse processes shipments from Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm CST/CDT. Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders must be placed by 3:30pm CST/CDT. We currently ship only within the United States.
Cost for shipping is based on the calculated weight of your shipment via standard ground shipping.
Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed. While we work to ship an order the same day it is received, we cannot guarantee actual delivery time. Upon receipt of a valid email address for an order, we send an email with order update, when the order has shipped and package tracking information.
Returns are accepted for 30 days after an item has been invoiced, provided the item is unused and can be returned in its original condition. To return a product, please email email@example.com with your invoice number and a phone number where you can be reached. Upon contact, you will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping information.
Upon product receipt and inspection, you will be notified of return status. If the returned product is accepted, the original purchase price will be refunded. If return is not accepted, the item will be returned to the shipper at the shipper’s cost. Typical reasons for rejecting a returned product: the product has been used; the product is damaged; or the product was not in its original condition.
